Most of our retreat leaders begin planning six to nine months ahead — that gives us enough time to lock in your preferred venue, build a custom itinerary, and help you fill seats. We have welcomed groups with as little as eight weeks of notice for smaller retreats; just reach out and we will tell you what's possible for your dates.
Venue selection, pricing negotiation, custom itinerary design, on-site experience curation (yoga, ceremony, excursions, instructors), ground transportation, dietary planning, and a dedicated concierge from booking through departure. Our base service is free for retreat leaders — we are paid by the venues, not by you.
Our properties accommodate groups from 6 to 60+ guests, and we'll match you with venues that fit your headcount. If you're hosting an intimate mastermind or a large yoga teacher training, we can find the right space for it.
The Dominican Republic offers something every season. November through April brings dry, breezy weather (peak season). May through October is lush, warm, and quieter — ideal for retreats that want privacy and lower rates. Whale-watching season in Samaná runs January through March.
Absolutely. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, raw, kosher, halal, ayurvedic — we work with on-site culinary teams who design menus around your group's needs. Just tell us during planning and we will tailor every meal.
Many of our most successful retreat leaders started exactly here. We'll walk you through every step — from pricing your retreat and writing the offer, to setting expectations with attendees and structuring the daily schedule. You bring the teaching; we bring the playbook.
After you choose a venue, a deposit (typically 25–30%) holds your dates. The balance is due in stages leading up to the retreat. We'll send you a clear, written timeline with every booking and you'll always know exactly what's owed and when.
We arrange airport pickups, group transfers, and on-island transportation as part of your retreat. Most of our guests fly into Las Américas (SDQ), Punta Cana (PUJ), or Puerto Plata (POP) — we'll recommend the best option based on your venue.
