Retreat Venues DR provides retreat planning consultation, venue curation, experience design, and logistics coordination services in the Dominican Republic. We act as an intermediary between retreat leaders and local venues, service providers, and instructors.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to venue availability and confirmation. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are specific to each venue and will be communicated during the planning process. Retreat Venues DR is not responsible for changes in venue availability or pricing after initial consultation.
3. Cancellation
Each venue has its own cancellation and refund policies, which may vary depending on the season and booking terms. These will be clearly communicated before any commitment is made. Retreat Venues DR's service fees are subject to separate cancellation terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we carefully curate our venue and experience partners, Retreat Venues DR is not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of service provided by third-party venues, instructors, or transportation providers. We act in good faith to ensure the highest standards but cannot guarantee outcomes.
